My brother (even though he has never even stepped foot in W.Lafayette) has pointed out to me that the owner of Cafe Hookah(let's call him Jim cos it's short.) can't be a fucktard because there's no such thing. And you know what? He's right. According to dictionary.com, there is no such word as fucktard. However, dictionary.com only gives an official definition of words. In my search for the meaning of fucktard, I turned to urbandictionary.com and voila! I had my answer. Well, now that I know the meaning of fucktard, I would say that yeah, Jim is definitely a fucktard.
