What ever happened to Freedom of Speech? I mean yeah sure, everyone's anti-racism, but does that mean that every time someone says something in a moment of anger/frustration/drunken stupour his ass will get police-d off? Wow, I guess the racists have to start inventing new terminologies then. The old ones will be too easy to detect. This is so BOGUS.

1) I wonder... so how do they decide whether something is seditious or not? For example, I read the racist extract from Chua Cheng Zhan's blog, and that was pretty extreme already, in my opinion. Or is it rather that scholars have some unwritten leeway in being charged in such a manner (which may cause disrepute for the scholarship bodies in question)?
2) "At the moment I am not aware of any cases except of a case in Iran where bloggers are charged." Hahaha... I found this line highly amusing. Singapore is in-line with one of the axes of evil in online content control, hehe.

Hmm, interesting points you brought up. I never thought about 1. I just felt that sedition was pushing it abit 2 far. Hitler was seditious. A guy ranting and raving online is just a moron who is loud-mouthed and stupid.
