Drivers

So I sent my bro off to the airport this morning. It was a 9am flight so we had to be there by 7 in the morning. We left at around 550 and got there with plenty of time to spare. No thanks, however, to this stupid lady on the road who was travelling at sub 70mph on the fast lane and refused to go to the slow lane (on a 2 lane highway). She tag-teamed with a pair of truckers to ensure that for a good 15 minutes or 20 something miles, the whole highway was just staring at the ugly vehicle posteriors of 2 white truckers and an olive green camry.

So after thinking about it, I decided to follow in The Great Sze's footsteps and create a driver (DotA-style) and see how imbalanced she/he can get.
Name: Ace Drive
Starting Stats:
Strength: 16 + 1.5/level
Agility: 20 + 2.0/level
Intelligence: 24 + 3.1/level

Base HP: 500
Base Mana: 250
Base Armour: 2
Base Damage: 50-65
Range: 600

Skills:

PERCEPTION
Level 1: Gains vision range of 100. Lasts 30sec.
Level 2: Gains vision range of 200. Lasts 45sec.
Level 3: Gains vision range of 300. Lasts 60sec.
Level 4: Gains vision range of 300. No vision loss at night, can see for 100 range around corners and above hills. Lasts 60sec.
Casting cost: 50/70/100/120
Cooldown: 90sec

Remember it's always key to pay attention to your surroundings and opposing traffic / enemy heroes. Never lose sight again!!

QUICK FIXIT
Level 1: 1sec casting time. +3hp/sec regen and 15% movespeed increase. Lasts 20sec.
Level 2: 1sec casting time. +6hp/sec regen and 20% movespeed increase. Lasts 20sec.
Level 3: 1sec casting time. +9hp/sec regen and 25% movespeed increase. Lasts 20sec.
Level 4: 1sec casting time. +12hp/sec regen and 30% movespeed increase. Lasts 20sec.
Casting cost: 100
Cooldown: 60sec

DEFENSIVE MOVEMENT
Level 1: 30% armour increase. Gains 5% evasion. Lasts 30sec.
Level 2: 55% armour increase. Gains 10% evasion. Lasts 40sec.
Level 3: 80% armour increase. Gains 15% evasion. Lasts 50sec.
Level 4: 100% armour increase. Gains 20% evasion. Lasts 60sec.
Casting cost: 100/120/140/160
Cooldown: 75sec

It's important to always practice defensive driving. You never know what might happen on the road. So stay alert and stay nimble!

Ultimate:

ROAD RAGE
Level 1: Lose ability to cast spells. Lose 0.5% life per second. Deals 1.7 times damage. Gains 25% increase in attack speed. Lasts 17sec.
Level 2: Lose ability to cast spells. Lose 1% life per second. Deals 2.4 times damage. Gains 50% increase in attack speed. Lasts 17sec.
Level 3: Lose ability to cast spells. Lose 1.5% life per second. Deals 3.2 times damage. Gains 25% increase in attack speed. Lasts 17sec.
Casting cost: 100/120/140/160
Cooldown: 30sec
